Eric Hibbard is Hitachi Data Systems’ CTO for Security and Privacy where he leads the Hitachi product-oriented security and privacy strategy activities with an emphasis on data and storage security. He is a senior security professional with expertise in information assurance, privacy, storage, cloud computing, IoT, e-Discovery and enterprise ICT. He leverages this expertise and extensive experience in the public and private sectors in leadership roles within the ABA, CSA, INCITS, IEEE and SNIA. Hibbard currently serves as the ISO Editor of ISO/IEC 27050 (Electronic Discovery). He speaks internationally and is published. Hibbard holds a BSCS along with the CISSP-ISSAP, ISSEP, ISSMP, CCSP and CISA certifications.

Erez Liebermann is Prudential’s Chief Counsel on Cybersecurity and Privacy. He leads a team on a wide range of cybersecurity and privacy legal, policy and investigative matters. Liebermann serves as primary counsel to the Chief Information Security Officer and IT Risk on information security matters. In this role, Liebermann also oversees the Hitech Investigations Unit. Erez joined Prudential in 2014 after spending 10 years as an Assistant US Attorney in the District of New Jersey, where he served as Chief of the Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property Section and prosecuted the largest credit and debit card data breach investigations to date.

Michael J. Stortz defends companies against claims of unfair competition, false advertising, consumer fraud, breach of warranty and product defect, as well as claims arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related federal and state statutes. He also counsels companies as to compliance with these statutes. His practice includes the successful defense of national consumer class actions. He has a track record of defeating such actions at class certification or at summary judgment. Stortz also has tried consumer claims to successful conclusion in federal and state courts, and prevailed at arbitration of such claims. He has successfully argued appeals involving class certification of claims under California’s Unfair Competition Law and Consumer Legal Remedies Act.
