Jeff Stapleton, Sandra Lambert

Jeff Stapleton has over 25 years experience in the security, financial and healthcare industries with expertise in software development, payment systems, PCI, cryptography, PKI, key management, biometrics and trusted time stamps. A former QSA and Certified TG-3 Assessor, Stapleton has instructed at several universities and is a published Author—Security without Obscurity: A Guide to Confidentiality, Integrity, and Authentication, ISBN 9781466592148.

Sandra Lambert, CEO, Lambert & Associates, has 30+ years cybersecurity and business continuity planning experience with an international clientele. She is Vice Chair of both ANSI X9F InfoSec Standards and X9F4; participated for 25+ years on the ANSI Crypto Tools, PKI and Security Application Working Groups; and was Editor of the Trusted Timestamp Standard. She was CISO at Citibank and Security Pacific Bank, and represented the banking industry on the National Computer System Security and Privacy Advisory Board. She co-authored the seminal National Academy of Sciences Computers at Risk report. Lambert was Founder and first President of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). Lambert is a CISSP-ISSMP, CDRP, CCP, CGEIT and CISA. She holds an MBA and M.S. in mathematics.
