A) Effective Period

An associated vendor is entitled to use the logo within the effective duration as stated on the contract. Post that the logo can be used with mention of exact year when the association had taken place.

B) Applicable Usages

1. The Logo can be used in different promotion materials and marketing of the Vendor such as name cards, corporate letters and envelopes, souvenirs, newsletters, webpages, presentations,Email Headers, Flyers, Solution Briefs , Advertising, Event Signage, Corporate Blog, Corporate social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) etc.
2. When using the Logo, the vendor must display it along with it’s own name prominently in order to show clearly which corporate/ organisation the recognition is referring to. 
3. The CISO Platform logo should appear secondary to your logo so it doesn’t appear as though the information is coming from CISO Platform or is entirely CISO Platform content. Our logo should be positioned near our content with appropriate clear space.
4. When an analyst is attending a speaking engagement, you may use the CISO Platform logo to promote the event. Our logo must appear near the analyst’s name and title.

C) Right of Using the Logo

1. The display of the Logo by a recognized corporate/ organization in any circumstances only indicates CISO Platforms recognition towards the contribution or awareness creation, rather than denoting that the corporate’s/ organization’s products and/ or services are endorsed by CISO Platform.
2. The contents of a recognized vendor’s advertising and promotional materials bearing the Logo must be lawful, truthful, and must not contain any defamatory, discriminatory or offensive elements.
3. The affiliated companies or other associated companies, if any, of the vendor should not concurrently use the Logo.
4. Vendor must email samples of products, services advertisements or promotion materials using the Logo to contact@cisoplatform.com for CISO Platforms record.
5. CISO Platform may in its sole discretion decide whether a recognized corporate’s/ organisation’s use of the Logo has violated these Guidelines, and may at any time demand the recognized corporate/ organisation stop or alter its use of the Logo.
6. CISO Platforms interpretation on the provisions of these Guidelines shall be final and conclusive. In case of dispute, CISO Platform (brand of InfoSec Media Pvt Ltd) has the authority to make final and binding decisions.

D) How to use the CISO Platform Logo

1. Colors of the Logo must be followed﹕
   1.        i.         RGB: Blue #3399ff ; White #ffffff ; Deep Grey #666666 ; Light Grey #aeaeae
   2. The complete logo must be shown. No parts of the Logo, written texts and design, may be separated from the Logo.
   3. The Logo may be proportionately enlarged or reduced, but alteration of the design and font of the Logo is NOT ALLOWED. The Logo must be shown prominently.
   4. In any circumstances of usage, the height of the Logo CANNOT be less than 6mm (unless there is written consent from CISO Platform)
